The attendance by the Collin Crowdfund Coach was very personalized. I would say ‘customer intimacy(!)’.
The technical and practical support by the administration worked out very well. Although the market today is more difficult than some years ago we reached a acceptable package of conditions for the financing of our projects.
Recommended Crowdfunding Platform.
Dishonest rates. They advertised the interest rate of the project as %8 but the actual rate is %7.07. Of course if I read the terms of conditions I would have found it but it's their job to visibly display the net rate that investors can expect. Support is non responsive.
App has become practically unusable in the last year. Every investment opportunity is mostly fully filled already before hitting the public market. I guess some people get a secret in? This makes it near to impossible to sign up for any investment opportunities these days unfortunately.

Best crowdfunding platform in the Netherlands for small to medium businesses !
Excellent platform in itself, but a lot can be improved:
- can the management fee/commission that Collin earns (12.8%?) be reduced? Can there be better compensation for a Facility?
- the inspection of the so-called experts of the companies (I only go for low risk because I have often had cases where payment could not be made and then I and you are the Sjaak, Collin will take good care of himself, we as investors stand right at the back, or Collin has done very poor preparatory work
- logging in is often difficult, and then you are just too late to register, which is very frustrating
- of the average interest rate of 7.8% of my portfolio, I am left with a paltry 4.85% after the management fee and provisions (i.e. defaulters).
My advice is: make small investments and only minimal/low risk and to Collin; do your job better and make better contracts because how can I recover 25% of my investments as a Facility (read solved)?
